She told me to come back in three weeks and I was shocked! Granted a few lashes fell but I still had a lot of lashes plus my own lashes did not fall out. The lashes she uses are so light weight and feathery. The women greeted me at the door and we’re extreme friendly. They asked if I would like to wash my lashes or needed to use the restroom and informed me on their membership which I signed up for. I will be coming to this location from now on! I loveeeeeeeee Julie, she is the best! Fast and efficient and these lashes last so long!!!! She told me to come back in three weeks and I was shocked! Granted a few lashes fell but I still had a lot of lashes plus my own lashes did not fall out. The lashes she uses are so light weight and feathery. Today was my very first time ever getting lashes done (natural style) and OMG Natalie did the most AMAZING job. She was very thorough and made sure I was conformable. She even went the extra mile and checked them again before I left. I’m coming back every 3 weeks to her. I recommend y’all trying Natalie out, you won’t regret it!

Critical:QualityI went there for a brow lamination. I do not remember the name of the woman who did my brows, she was very nice indeed, and this is the reason of my one star, otherwise I would have given none. The quality of que brow lamination service was terrible. It is like I have done nothing at all. Eyebrow hair is even more unruly than before. The hair doesn’t stay in place at all , not even when I use gel (and I should not even need gel after a lamination!), as you can see in the pictures. I can’t believe I paid $89 + tip for this. I decided to try this location as it is close to my house, but what a regret! I wanted to get my eyebrows done before a trip and then they look nothing but terrible. Also, I was informed by the lady at the front desk that procedure included tint. Then, in the middle of the procedure, she comes to tell me it actually costs more. I was so happy with the results. They were beautiful and natural looking. I will be going back.
