But I prefer they use more gentle tape rather than medical tape which is too strong and pulls the skin. Although she removed it as gently as possible, still too strong of adhesive. Meant to hold large bandages on people for days. I'm guessing they must provide own tape.

My only complaint is the he membership pricing. It's extremely confusing - What's on the website is different from what I was told on the phone, and what I was told upon arrival was different yet again. Seems you think you are getting a decent price on refills by joining, then find out that there are additional costs from there. In the end I was stuck signing up as I'd already completed the process, but was unsure it was even a good decision at that point. That said, April did a beautiful job on my lashes, they are clean and careful, and I had no issue at all with the service I received. :)

Place is clean and very tastefully decorated. The front desk staff was helpful and explained everything to this newbie and weren’t pressuring to upscale at all. I felt comfortable with princess. My tech Jennifer did a fabulous job and none have fallen out after 24 hours. I have heard usually a few do. She made them look natural and I love the look and less fuss. No more eyeliner shadow or mascara. My eyes look fantastic.

My initial visit, me and Kara looked at pics and agreed on cateye with volume style. I originally talked about classic bc I was nervous but we ended up looking at pics and we decided on the sexy cat-eye style. I loved the results so much, but unfortunately I wasn’t aware how important it was / or received the complete home care routine. A lot fell out in the first 48 hrs & I came back and got a free touch up. Thank you. I had a refill with a master stylist, April that gave me all the info I needed to know for home & sold me on the whole kit that has helped tremendously. Unfortunately due to my notes that were not changed, I received much less volume than my first visit with Kara, but still paid for the volume.I was told I needed a whole new set, which I knew costed money but accepted it had to be done. Then today I had a visit and I still didn’t get the volume I desired but yet paid for it every single time in addition to the extra full set fee that I feel wasn’t really my fault: and considering I have a membership, I was pretty upset the amount of money I’ve had to dish out within the past month bc I just found out today that we were still not on the same bc in my notes it said I wanted classic still, so I had to go back today (2 visits total) first 45$ & 2nd visit was 75$ to add more and unfortunately still am not where I want to be. I was really hoping for a free session to get them exactly how I want..

From the moment I walked into Waverly Place when I was greeted with a smile to the entire checkout process which they made quick and friendly I felt as if I’d been transported for a surreal experience for a couple hours. 1st time customer at Amazing Lash. I booked an apt the day before. The front desk staff were extremely nice and studio was exceptionally clean. Ashley was on-time, detailed and wonderful - knew what she was doing. However The cost for fill in at Amazing lash is ridiculous @ $128. I would have given a bigger tip to Ashley if I could afford to. I pay 1/2 the cost with another stylist and the lashes are even nicer than what Amazing lash offers. I would only book again if I was desperate, not able to get in with my regular stylist.

I have been nothing but impressed. I used to spend 15+ minutes daily on mascara and now, none needed since my lashes look so full. I have light, short lashes that were invisible without mascara. I pay the up charge for the 6D lashes since my natural lashes are non-existent. Totally worth it! It is expensive to get false lashes but this is the best price I have found, and worth the $$ splurge for me. I have been going here for about 4 months, every 2 weeks. Each technician I have had has been pleasant and done a great job. The studio owner is so helpful and friendly as well. The place is always clean, and they have safety protocols in place due to Covid. Really, I have simply had an awesome experience!

The Receptionist was very welcoming/nice. She explained the wavier clearly for me to fill out. Afterward she walked me to the back and show me how to clean my lashes before the lash tech came. The young lady by the wonderful name called Truly did my lashes extensions . She talked to me about the different types of lash and how to keep them clean etc. Not only she has a beautiful name (Truly) but I truly enjoy my lashes!

I’m heading overseas on Tuesday and would find it hard to maintain them for the month. I will have them redone when I return. Crystal removed them and as always was sweet and very professional. You’ve got an amazing( no pun intended) staff in Waverly Place.

Great experience - relaxing and comfortable and the result is literally amazing. I love my lashes. They brighten up my whole look. I wake up looking as tho I already have make up on!
